IHC Hall Rental Rates
For weddings and other catered events, there is no separate hall rental fee.  The rental fee is built in to the per person price given to you by Ahern Catering.  Renting the Briscoe or Burke halls requires a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold the rental date for either room and a $250 refundable security deposit.  The $250 security deposit is returned to the payor within two weeks following the event after satisfactory inspection of the hall facilities after the event.  If renting the Cooney Room, there is a $150 refundable security deposit. 
(if your event is cancelled and the hall is re-rented, the $500 deposit is refunded)

The renter will pay for bartenders supplied by the Irish Heritage Center and for Security provided by the local police department and arranged by the Irish Heritage Center.

The Irish Heritage Center will supply the bar supplies and wash at $3.75 per person.  Any alcohol to be served will be supplied by the renting party.

Weddings and Other Fully Catered Events
Funeral Luncheons Only - Briscoe & Burke Halls
The rental fee for funeral luncheons in either room is $225 for up to four hours.  There is an additional $50 per hour charged for any hours exceeding the first four hours of rental.  No security deposit is charged for hall rental.  The renter will bring their own wash, alcohol, cups, etc. or can pay the IHC $2.00 per person for wash and cups on a self-serve basis.  Table coverings are provided by Ahern Catering according to your arrangement as part of the luncheon.

For a very small gathering, the Cooney Room is also available for a $100 rental fee.  Alcohol, wash, cups and other supplies are to be provided by the renting party.  Any catering or caterer provided or prepared food must be supplied by Ahern Catering.
Business Luncheons, Meetings, Seminars - Briscoe Hall
Briscoe Hall ... 200 to 500 guest capacity

Sundays & Fridays:
Rental rate is $1000 for up to four hours and an additional $100 per hour for any time exceeding the first four hours of rental.  The wash fee is $3.50 per person.  Any alcohol is supplied by the renting party.  $250 refundable security deposit plus $500 towards the rental fee is required at the time of booking.  Renter pays bartenders supplied by the Irish Heritage Center.

Monday thru Thursdays:
Rental rate is $400 for up to four hours and an additional $100 per hour for any time exceeding the first four hours of rental.  The wash fee is $3.00 per person.  Any alcohol is supplied by the renting party.  $250 refundable security deposit plus $400 rental fee is required at the time of booking.  Renter pays bartenders supplied by the Irish Heritage Center.
Business Luncheons, Meetings, Seminars - Burke Hall
Burke Hall ... 75 to 250 guest capacity

Rental rate is $750 for up to four hours and an additional $100 per hour for any time exceeding the first four hours of rental.  The wash fee is $3.50 per person.  Any alcohol is supplied by the renting party.  $250 refundable security deposit plus $500 towards the rental fee is required at the time of booking.  Renter pays bartenders supplied by the Irish Heritage Center.
